While going through my own personal life struggles, I began a journey of self-discovery and healing. I immersed myself in self-healing practices to nurture my own mental and emotional well-being. It was during this time that I discovered the transformative power of Reiki. Through practicing guided meditations and my own self-reiki sessions, I found comfort and inner peace. As I practiced self-Reiki and extended my healing to loved ones, my passion for Reiki deepened. Today, as a Reiki practitioner, I am dedicated to sharing the healing benefits of Reiki with others. Rooted in my own personal journey of self-healing, my approach is empathetic, nurturing, and individualized to each person's experience. I am honored to walk alongside others who are on their own journeys to offer support, compassion, and comfort through the safe-healing of Reiki healing energy.
